Automatic Vacuum Frying Machine Features
1) The whole process controlled by PLC touch screen.
2) The pneumatic valve controls the steam quantity inside the heater and the oil storage tank. Once the set up temperature reached, it is closed, once below the set up temperature, the pneumatic valve will be automatically opened to let the steam in.
3) The required temperature for different product frying can be automatically controlled within the tolerance of ±0.1℃, to ensure the product quality and also operation safety.
4) Vacuum oil filter tank to match with our vacuum frying machine, customer can filter the oil after several batches frying, the oil can flow into the filter tank automatically, and also flow back to vacuum frying machine automatically. This is to make the whole production automatic.
