Product Description:
1. The mixing system adopts advanced frequency controller for adjusting stir speed, which is suitable for the production of different materials.
2. According to the process requirements, the machine could do heating or cooling for materials, heating method can be used according to customer requirements, steam or electric heating are both available.
3. There are many kinds of mixing paddle, like frame stirrer, scraper stirrer, arm stirrer, etc. Customer could choose different mixing paddle according to the production needs.
4. Use high quality SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the tank and pipeline are all mirror polished.
5. Can be equipped with vacuum pump for defoaming (optional).
6. High speed disperser could mix and disperse different viscosity material powerfully and completely, which could save energy consumption and shorten production period.
7. Stainless steel cabinet full monitoring equipment operation, and can display the data of temperature, stirring speed etc.
8. The material could be directly discharged from bottom outlet, or machine could be equipped with rotor pump for material discharge.
