Vacuum paste machine is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetic, food, chemical industry viscous paste manufacturing. It is the development by our company on the basis of absorbing and digesting the Japan type and the German type paste machine, which has two series of internal grinding cycle and outer circulation. The complete set of equipment is equipped with a coagulation pot, pre-mixing pot, glue pot, power pot, colloid pump, operating platform, vacuum system, bottom feeding system, lifting system, control system, the system process and grinding, mixing, vacuum system of three cream is accomplished in a paste pot, significantly reduce the material loss, reduce the pollution of the paste, improved the production efficiency and clean.

According to customer needs can be customized shape and heating, insulation, cooling, emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, mixing etc.

By vacuum suction, especially for powder material, the use of vacuum suction could avoid dust. The whole process under vacuum conditions, to prevent the material stirring bubbles in high-speed, can achieve hygienic and aseptic requirements.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.093Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
