Pipeline Type stainless steel 316L high shear dispersing emulsifier
Pipeline high shear dispersing emulsifier is high performance equipment used for continuous production circulated treatment of fine material. In the small chamber there are 1-3 sets of paired and clutched stators and rotor. Driven by motor, the rotor revolve quickly and produces a strong axial suction force which intakes the material to the chamber. The machine disperses, shears and emulsifiers the material in shortest time, and the diameter range of the particles gets smaller so that fine and stable produced.

Emulsifying machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port and horizontal cantilever structure.
Sealing: mechanical seal with lower leakage and longer service life. Single end-face or twin end-face mechanical seal as choice according to different application, and the twin end-face mechanical seal can be connected to clean tap water directly.
Characteristics: Higher shearing force, faster emulsifying procedure, smaller distribution of particle sizes and better emulsifying stability.
Application of pipelined high shear emulsion pump:
Inline high shear mixer is usually installed in the bottom of the reactor or pipeline, the material go through form inlet to outlet, after high-speed shear.
This process could be done continuously or in circulation.
Applications: Emulsifying (Liquid to liquid), suspending (solid to liquid), aerosol making (gas to liquid) and homogenizing painting, oil paint, food, coating material, metal- oxide suspension and water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsion manufacturing, accelerating reaction speed, improving activator productivity, chemical products producing.
Working Principle:
Pipeline high shearing-rate emulsifying machine has one group, two groups or three groups of stators and rotors in the working cavity. The machine has head-end suction port, top discharging port and horizontal cantilever structure. very stage has 2 to 6 layers which consist of one group, two groups or three groups of stators and rotors.
The connection between motor and working head is flexible coupling. The shaft can be lubricated by grease or oil. It is easy to dismantle and assemble the machine and cost little for replacement of parts. Twin end-face mechanical seal is adopted. Interlayer is available outside the working cavity for the purpose of cooling or heating.
