Product description

The machine has triple blender, hydraulic cylinders lift and uncap, high-speed homogeneity blender (speed is 1150-3500r/min, frequency speed control) and low-speed scraper blender (speed is 10-40r/min, frequency speed control).Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogeneity part, which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom wall of tank. The machine draws powder material by the way of vacuum in order to prevent the powder flying. The whole working procedure is operated in the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material come into being bubble after high speed blending and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis.

· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
