Vacuum Planetary Mixer description

Vacuum Planetary Mixer is including main machine, oil tank, water tank and platform. It is easy to operation and cleaning. Material contact parts use SS316L, material non-contact parts use SS304.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Features:

1. High disposing capacity with continuous operation.

2. The material can be discharged through circulation and homogenization.

3. It is especially suitable for continuous treatment of products of single variety.

4. Simple operation and better emulsifying and homogenizing effect.

5. Water cooling type sealed structure for homogenizing conquers the problem of material leakage under ordinary sealing.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank


· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
