Planetary Mixer Machine description

1) This vacuum mixer provided with hydraulic system, which can freely lift and lower the main tank cover and has such functions as boiler tilting.

2) Advanced homogenizer with unique structure and reliable sealing (the mechanical seal adopt BGM or local product), and the emulsifying rotation speed of 1150-3500 rpm (Panasonic inverter).

3) The vacuum de-foaming can make the materials meet the requirement of being sanitary and aseptic. The vacuum sucking material adopted can avoid dust, especially for the powder products.

4) Made of imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. The tank body and pipe are carried out mirror polishing, which is in complete accordance with cGMP standard.

5) This vacuum mixer applies to produce cosmetic, Medical, Chemical industry, Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage productions, etc.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 10-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 1150-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.

The contact part of vessel and material is made from SUS316L material .Mirror finish of the inside surface is 400EMSH. In products of Germany Siemens Company, the button is produced by Japan Fuji Company, the transducer is the product of Panasonic Electric Industries and the electro-control part is the product of Siemens Company .The machine is made completely according to the GMP request , which is the most advanced and most perfect cream production equipment.
