Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Work elements

After the materials in the water pot and oil pot are heated and mixed, the materials are sucked into the emulsifying tank by the vacuum pump, through the middle( Fixed) sitrrer and teflon scrapers residues stirrer in the emulsifying pot that sweep the residues on the wall of the vessel, so make the produces of wiped off become the new interface constantly, then the balde cut off, compress, fold roudn, mixing and running to the homogenizer , according to the high shear wheel and the cutting case to strong cutting off, impatct, without rules mobility, etc. The material by cutting in the cut interstics and turn to a particle of 5um prompt, because the emulfiying pot is under vacuum state, the bubble that the supplier produce in the course of mixing is taken away in time!

Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is suitable for pharmaceutical factory to making ointment. It is including machine tank, oil tank, water tank, also with double jacket for heating. it can discharge from bottom valve.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
