Vacuum Planetary Mixer description

The contact part of vessel and material is made from SUS316L material .Mirror finish of the inside surface is 400EMSH. In products of Germany Siemens Company, the button is produced by Japan Fuji Company, the transducer is the product of Panasonic Electric Industries and the electro-control part is the product of Siemens Company .The machine is made completely according to the GMP request , which is the most advanced and most perfect cream production equipment.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Touch screen control

Adopting German SiemensS7-200 series.

Touch screen adopts Siemens Company Model:TP700

On the touch screen, it is possible to adjust and vision mixing speed, temperature of each jar, set upper limit and lower limit of temperature, control automatic valve. It is possible to set the time control for slow speed emulsifying mixing and control performance of lift of hydraulic system.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Use

It is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants .The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

· Capacity:5L-2000L
· Material: material contact part SS316L, material non-contact part SS304.
· Customized service: to provide and design total solution as per customer URS

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
