Vacuum Planetary Mixer description
Vacuum Planetary Mixer is composed of pre-mixing tank (water tank and oil tank), vacuum emulsifying tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electronic system and operating platform.
Ointment and cream production processing as following:
Step 1: Prepare raw material
Step 2: Oil phase raw material in oil phase tank heating and pre-mixing, and water phase raw material in water phase tank heating and pre-mixing
Step 3:Self-suction oil phase and water phase material to main tank (heating, Homogeneous emulsion to emulsion phase (for example face cream )(in vacuum situation , will without foam )
Step 4: Cooling to 50-65degrees add additive(like powder), and then cooling to about 40degrees and discharge to storage tank.
Step 5: Storage.
Step 6: Filling, packing etc.
Vacuum Planetary Mixer Working Process:
The materials are heated and mixed in water tank and oil tank to be fully reacted. Sucked into emulsifying tank by vacuum pump, the materials are stirred by both the center blade and side scraper, which works on the wall. In the process of blade-stirring, the materials are continuously crushed, pressed, folded. Then, the materials are sent to the cut-off mixing until where they are finally crushed into small pellets. Besides, because of the vacuum in emulsifying pot, the bubbles generated during stirring and mixing process are sucked out from material lotion making machine.
(Vacuum ointment emulsifying machine, vacuum homogenizing emulsification machine, vacuum emulsify, vacuum emulsifier, emulsifier, vacuum emulsifying mixer)
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
