SLJ series gear operators
This series consists of eight models with the speed ratio varying from 26:1 to 520:1 and the toque ranging from 300NM to 22000NM. The torque difference between every two adjacent models is small, helping to save a lot of costs for customers when selecting a specific product. The clutch gear operator has a torque ranging from 300NM to 22,000NM and is available in 8 models with the speed ratio varying from 26:1 to 520:1.

Motor-fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia, F-class insulation level. The internal thermal protection switch prevents damage to the motor.

3. Manual hand wheel-the design of the hand wheel is safe and reliable, saving effort and effort. When Valve Gearbox is not energized, after pulling the clutch to the correct position, Valve Gearbox can be operated by handwheel. Once energized, the clutch will automatically return.

4.Quality Control of Valve Gearbox:

1.Installation--The installation dimensions of the bottom of the electric actuator conform to the international standards ISO5211 and DIN3337. The larvae form a square, which is easy to pass linear or 45. installation. The actuator can be installed vertically or horizontally.

2. Circuit-circuit control circuit conforms to single-phase or three-phase power supply standards, with a reasonable and compact layout. The terminal effectively meets the requirements of various additional functions.

3.Limit switch-two mechanical and electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable. The electronic limit switch is an SPDT controlled by a cam. The position of the limit switch can be set accurately and conveniently through simple adjustments.

4. Torque switch-provides overload protection (except OHQ 005/008/010), and when the valve is blocked, the power is automatically cut off to avoid damage to the valve and actuator. (Factory setting, no need for user modification)

5.Self-locking-precision worm gear drives high torque, low noise (up to 50dB) and long service life. The self-locking function prevents reverse rotation, ensuring stability and reliability. The high-efficiency lubricating oil has been added before leaving the factory and no longer needs to be added.
