Power supply unit: one of the seven major parts of the conventional mode of the hardware structure of the intelligent valve positioner. Only a few intelligent valve positioners are designed with a four-wire or three-wire system, which requires a special external power supply, and the power supply unit is set to accept the external power supply voltage. Most intelligent valve positioners are two-wire instruments. The working power is obtained through the analog control signal (current) of the control system and the instrument. At this time, the required power conversion part is connected to the input. The conventional method is to use a voltage regulator. The tube takes out the voltage, and then uses the integrated device to convert the working voltage of the CPU and the interface (such as 3VDC), and the driving voltage required by the output subsystem (such as 24VDC for driving the piezoelectric valve). The fieldbus type is to obtain the power supply (9-32V) of the bus network (network segment) through the communication interface connection and to accept the digital control signal at the same time.
