TROLEO series intelligent valve positioner is composed of microprocessor main circuit board, local user interface (LCD display), input circuit, pneumatic components (nozzle - baffle I/P+3/3 pneumatic slide valve), functional modules, connecting pieces and housing, there are intrinsically safe and explosion-proof types (see Figure 117); 4-20mA input, support HART communication, according to the input setting signal and valve position detection signal to achieve positioning control of the pneumatic actuator / control valve, linear soil 0.3%, repeatability ± 0.2%, hysteresis and sensitivity ± 0.2%; valve position feedback output, valve position alarm, etc. can be completed as required. The operation button of the machine quickly initializes one-key auto-tuning, and the debugging is completed within a few minutes. The built-in fault blocking function does not require an external solenoid valve and a power-off comparator, and only needs to connect an external air-lock valve to easily realize the three-break position maintenance of valve power-off, signal-off, and gas-off. It is designed with the function of copy initialization, which can realize the online replacement of the positioner. Model C41 is iteratively developed on the basis of model A31, adding an external waterproof and dustproof button design, bypass output function of single-acting valve positioner, shell wiring to improve anti-electromagnetic interference capability, option to realize partial stroke test PST function, etc.
