Description

Float Control Valve Ductile Iron Main Valve SS304 Pilot​ EPOXY Coated

Remote float control valve consists of main valve, needle valve, ball valve, float valve etc., which is composed of a hydraulic control system. After setting, the liquid level is automatically controlled. This product directly uses liquid level to control, does not need other devices and energy, easy to maintain. It is not affected by water pressure, and with reliable sealing. This series of valve products are widely used in the liquid level control of water towers, pools and other facilities in water supply pipe network systems such as high-rise buildings and living areas etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

When the water level in the water tower (pool) rises to the set height, the float rises and close the float valve. The water pressure in the control room rises, the main valve is closed, and the water supply stops. When the water level drops, the float valve is reopened. The water pressure in the control room drops, and the main valve is opened again to continue the water supply, maintaining the set height of the liquid level.
