The VCAP series Planer Actuators have a lower stroke length per size than Rectangular,But they also have a lower height profile .Forces range up to 500N and strokers to 15mm,The VCAP series Planer Actuator are the ideal solution for very small stroke X-Y Axis movements and their major market is in the semiconductor and micro machine tool industries.

In the semiconductor industry, linear voice coil motors are used in applications such as:

Dispenser: In the semiconductor packaging process, the dispenser needs to precisely control the position and amount of glue dispensed. The voice coil motor can precisely control the movement of the dispensing head to achieve high-precision dispensing operation and ensure the packaging quality of semiconductor chips.

Lead Bonding Machine: Used to connect the pins on the chip to the pins on the package substrate, the requirements for positioning accuracy and motion speed are extremely high. Voice coil motors can provide fast and precise motion control to ensure the quality and efficiency of lead bonding.
