Introduction of multi-function peeling and washing machine :

It mainly consists of motor, speed changer and brush rollers. Absorbing root tuber crops

processing machine's characters home and abroad. Brush friction principle.

It is widely used for cleaning and peeling stem and root vegetables and fruits, especially

for the round & oval vegetables such as potato, carrot, sweet potato, beet, ginger, taro, yam, radish, pachycarpous etc.

Features of multi-function peeling and washing machine :

1. The main parts is made of high quality stainless steel which is sanitary and durable.

2. Brush roll making of nylon rope,which is a light wearable material.

3. Dirt and sediment are removed with circulation of water.

Working Principle of Potato peeler and washer

1. It uses attrition roller to peel off the deeper skin of vegetables&fruits, and the peeled

material's surface is very smooth.

2. While peeling the vegetable or fruit, there is high pressure water cleaning them at the

same time.

3. Washed by the high pressure water, the dust attached on the surface of vegetables can

be cleaned thoroughly, and vegetable skin can be peeled by the rollers and attrition.

Application of Potato peeler and washer

1. It is suitable for washing root vegetables like ginger, potato, taro, sweet potato, onion,

lotus roots, and fruits like apple, pear ect.

2. Suitable for those kithchens of school, restaurant, big facotry, food processing facotry,

supermarket, etc.
