Fruit and vegetable selection cleaning air drying production line is composed of TS-T30 elevator, TS-GF25 selection, TS-X300 ozone disinfection bubble vegetable washing machine, ladder air drying machine (customized), elevator (customized).

TS-T30 hoisting machine is used for lifting and conveying materials. Z-shaped structure, convenient for puting material, the conveyor belt can choose stainless steel mesh belt or PP material belt, the running speed is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the body is made of 304 stainless steel. Put the materials into the hopper, lift them by the conveyor belt and transport them to the next process, which is suitable for supporting the production line. The mechanical conveying is stable and easy to use.

The TS-GF25 selection table is used for selecting (sorting) conveyor belts. The workstations are on both sides of the operating table. Workers pick up the waste and put it into the waste hopper. It is made of stainless steel, durable copper core motor, and the conveyor belt is stepless frequency conversion speed control. Stable and durable, saving time and effort. TS-X300 Vegetable Working principle:

The bubble cleaning machine uses high-pressure gas to generate bubbling, circulating water pump surfing and lifting high-pressure water spray triple cleaning. It can effectively separate the sediment and impurities on the vegetables. The water supply volume in the high-pressure spraying process is adjustable, which is convenient for customers to adjust flexibly according to the vegetable volume and cleanliness.
