Wonusn patented servo series serve motor barrier gate has combined Permanent-magnet Synchrounous Serve Motor (PMSM motor) with high quality aluminum alloy press forming housing and well-designed gear reducer. The motor has high power density, low noise, small vibration and high efficiency as well as fast response as special drive applied. Compared to traditional asynchronous motor, the serve motor has higher efficiency, higher power factor, lighter and lower temperrature rise, which helps to improve power grid quality factor and bring current power capacity to full play, thus saving investment on power grid.

Also, the motor drive adopts serve motion control algorithm to accurately position open/close position and motion curve track through encoder, with wide usage for expressway toll station, bus station, shopping mall, airport, hospital, etc.

Features:

This product features adjustable open and close speeds. It is easy to change the arm direction to the left and the right. In the event of a power outage, the arm can be manually opened and closed and will then lock itself in place. This product comes with a wireless remote and also features photocell IO port output, loop detector anti-collision 10 output, open and close control input, 12V traffic light output, traffic light signal output, open and close limit signal output, counting (fleet) input RS485 communication input, 24V battery input port, delay close arm function (1-300 seconds adjustable), open and close arm speed deceleration function, one-key setting arm type with corresponding speed, arm auto reverse function (force adjustable), and anti-collision alarm function (additional sensors and alarms are required).

Technical Parameters:

This product is powered by DC24V and has two rated powers of 200W and 400W. It is equipped with a 2nd generation DC servo motor and its no-load speed can reach 3000r/min. The Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) for the product is 10 million. There are three springs in total and various input interfaces for photocell, loop detector and parking system, etc. The output interfaces are motor and traffic lights, etc. Communication methods of RS485 and TCP/IP are optional (paid extra). With open, sunny conditions, the remote distance can be up to 100M. The boom arm is default aluminum alloy straight/telescopic arm 80*45mm/100*45mm, and the housing thickness is 2mm cold-roller sheet with powdercoated. The size for the housing is 335mm*335mm*925mm. The package dimension is 1030mm*380*450mm with net weight of 45KG and gross weight of 48KG. The max length of the boom arm is 6M for straight arm, 4.5M for two fence arm and 4M for three fence arm. The open/close speed is adjustable in range of 0.6S-6S and 0.9S~8S accordingly. The product has IP54 protection grade and can work from -30℃ to 70℃ with relative humidity not exceeding 90%. The output power of the product is 56.8N.m and the material used is 304 stainless steel. As for the warranty, it is 3 years in total.
