High Speed DC Servo Barrier With Unified Springs Used For Parking Lot

Product Description

The Servo Generation 2 Barrier Gate adopts internationally advanced integrated design and die - casting manufacturing techniques. It features a compact structure, high precision, and a high degree of consistency and standardization.
It uses a planetary gear reducer for transmission, which offers high efficiency, long service life, no oil leakage, no jamming, and low noise. The motor is a 24V permanent magnet rare - earth synchronous servo motor, characterized by small size, low power consumption, high torque, wide speed regulation range, no overheating, low inertia, and precise positioning.
A Digital Signal Processor (DSP) is employed as the control core, enabling complex algorithms and achieving networking and intelligence. The Intelligent Power Module (IPM) integrates a drive circuit internally, which can detect faults and display fault codes for quick troubleshooting. The gate adopts a three - link design, ensuring smooth and fast lifting and lowering operations. Additionally, it is equipped with solar charging, making it suitable for unmanned 值守 locations such as railway crossings without mains power, fire lanes, gas stations, and mine entrances, fully realizing automated operation control.

Unified Spring Advantage

The Servo Generation 2 Barrier Gate has been updated to use a unified spring.

This results in better balance of the barrier gate, longer service life, and reduces the trouble caused by unbalanced springs that may lead to equipment malfunctions.
  1. Long Service Life: The wire diameter of our unified spring is 3.5mm, and its maximum service life is 3 million times, which is 10 times that of conventional springs.

Function Setting on the Main Board

When setting functions, press the menu key on the control board. The digital tube will display H00 - 00 or H00 - other numbers. Corresponding to the function parameter table code, enter the desired function parameter setting. For example, H00 - 00 is for adjusting the lifting speed. Press the confirm key to enter the parameter setting, and the digital tube will display numbers. Then, use the up - arrow key or down - arrow key to set the desired lifting speed number, and press the confirm key again to complete the setting.
