What are our terms?

1.Payment in Western Union, Paypal and T/T are workable;

2.Discounts are allowed according to your order quantity;

3.MOQ is up to you;

4.Payment terms: T/T, 30% deposits before production, 70% balance to be paid before shipment;

5. Production lead time: 7-14 days after receiving your deposit; Sample preparation 1 working days;

6. Samples: one piece for free but freight cost on your account.

How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
