Q1: What is the Warranty for the lamps?

A1: For the lamps,we have 3 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in the period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

Q2: What is colour temperature?

A2: We offer lamps in warm white, natural white, pure white and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature (CCT) is, the warmer the light given by the LED:

Warm white = 2700K-3200K

Natural white = 4000K-4500K

Pure white = 5000K-5500K

Cool white = 6000K-6500K

Q3: What is CRI?

A3: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. We offer 80Ra or higher.

Q4: What is the MOQ of the lamp?

A4: The MOQ of this series lam is 11-50 PCS; And we will give our best discount according to the Qty of the order.

Q5: It is important for the LED driver, is the quality OK, what is the brand?
