Main structure and functions:
HVM type vertical mill is mainly composed of separator, grinding roller, grinding plate, pressure device, reducer, motor, housing, etc.
The separator is an important component that determines the fineness of a product. It is composed of a variable speed transmission device, wheels, guide vanes, housing, coarse powder blanking cone, air outlet, etc., and its working principle is similar to that of a powder concentrator.
The grinding roller is the main component for rolling and grinding materials. There are two pairs of grinding rollers installed in the mill, each pair of which is mounted on the same shaft and rotates at different rotational speeds.
The grinding plate is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, and the upper part of the grinding plate is a material bed with an annular groove.
The pressurization device is a component that provides grinding pressure, consisting of a high-pressure oil station, a hydraulic cylinder rod, and an accumulator. It can apply sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush the material.
In addition to transmitting power, the reducer also bears the weight and grinding force of the grinding plate.

【Working Principle】

The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed port, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.

The grinding roller device adopts a pair of self-aligning roller bearings, and the bearing sealing chamber extends outside the casing, without contacting with dust containing gas. Therefore, simple sealing can prevent the grinding roller bearing from entering dust, and no sealing fan is required.

6. The transmission part of the vertical pulverizer does not need an auxiliary transmission device.

7. The slag removal part is simple. The coal vertical mill has less slag discharge, and the slag discharge port is equipped with a cover plate, so it is unnecessary to install a slag discharge valve.
