Product Introduction
The new type of vertical pre grinding mill uses three symmetrically rotating rollers under high pressure to shear, crush, and grind the materials on the grinding plate as it rotates. Together with existing ball mills, it forms a circulating pre grinding, circulating graded pre grinding, and final grinding system. Its unique roller shape design and material layer grinding technology greatly reduce unit energy consumption, and are widely used in material grinding processes in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, grinding plate, grinding roller, hydraulic device, lubricating device, etc. The material enters the center of the grinding plate through the inlet chute. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding plate, the material is thrown into the grinding area, and the pressurized grinding roller presses and grinds the material. The crushed material passes through the outer ring of the grinding plate and falls into the lower shell of the mill.
Working principle:
The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed inlet. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding plate from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding plate and is crushed by the grinding roller as it passes through the circular groove on the grinding plate. The crushed material is picked up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding plate, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding, and the qualified fine powder exits the grinding along with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
