Description
The bin type pneumatic conveying pump is a relatively reliable dense phase dynamic pressure pneumatic conveying device for conveying powder materials under high pressure in pneumatic conveying equipment. Belonging to energy-saving and environmentally friendly pneumatic conveying devices, they are widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, electricity, cement, metallurgy, thermal power, etc. in China.
A warehouse pump is a container that can withstand a certain pressure and temperature. The upper end is a pneumatic feed valve, and the inner part is an upward or bottom or middle discharge pipeline, connected to the pneumatic discharge valve and conveying pipeline. Below the upward pipe is a fluidization plate. The pneumatic feed valve, pneumatic discharge valve, intake valve, and secondary air valve are all controlled by electromagnetic pneumatic directional valves. The pneumatic conveying process of the silo pump is a discontinuous conveying process, and the entire workflow is as follows:
1. Feed stage. Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, and the material begins to enter the bin pump under normal pressure. After the level gauge sends a signal indicating full bin, stop feeding;
2. Pressurized fluidization stage. Close the feed and exhaust valves, open the intake air valve, and increase the pressure inside the tank;
3. Transportation stage. When the specified pressure is reached, open the delivery air valve and discharge valve again to start material delivery; After the transportation inside the warehouse pump is completed, the pipeline resistance decreases, and the pressure of the warehouse pump decreases. When it reaches the lower limit pressure, the material transportation state ends.
4. Purge stage. After the pressure switch, level gauge, or time relay displays the end of conveying, close the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve, open the secondary purge valve, and use all compressed air to clean the remaining materials in the pipeline. At this time, there is no remaining material in the warehouse pump, and the remaining materials in the pipeline gradually decrease until they are in an air flow state. The intake valve, discharge valve, and secondary air valve are closed, completing one cycle.
