[Working principle]

PJP jet pump pneumatic conveying system is composed of PJP jet pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, pump top chamber, manual spiral gate, compressed air supply device, etc. The compressed air source is mainly Roots blower. Powder and granular materials enter the PJP jet pump through the manual spiral gate, pump top bin and pneumatic butterfly valve.

The manual spiral gate of PJP jet pump is used for commissioning and maintenance, and the pneumatic butterfly valve is used for automatic closing when the transportation of powdered materials is suspended and the system pressure is abnormal.
