【Working principle】: the motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer, the material falls in the center of the grinding plate from the feed port, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, materials move towards the edge of the grinding plate. When passing through the circular groove on the grinding plate, they are crushed by the grinding roller. The crushed materials are carried away at the edge of the grinding plate by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring. Large particles directly fall onto the grinding plate for re grinding. When the materials in the airflow pass through the dynamic and static separators, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding plate for re grinding. The qualified fine powder is grinded together with the airflow, The product is collected in the powder collecting device. Materials containing water are dried in the process of contacting with hot gas to reach the required product moisture.
