【Working Principle】:
The rotary air lock feeder is composed of shell, rotor, drive part, etc. There are rotors with multiple blades inside the feeder. The materials in the upper bin fall down and fill the gap between the blades by their own weight. The materials are discharged at the lower material inlet with the rotation of the rotor. Since the space between rotor blades is uniform, the rotor speed is constant.
The rotor blades are made of special wear-resistant materials, which can ensure good contact between the blade end and the inner wall of the shell. After wear, the blade end can be easily adjusted to keep good contact with the inner wall of the shell, with good air locking function. The rotor can be ventilated with hot air and has a certain drying capacity. It can adapt to viscous materials with high moisture content and prevent materials from sticking and blocking.
