【Working Principle】

The rotary air lock feeder is composed of shell, rotor, drive part, etc. There are rotors with multiple blades inside the feeder. The materials in the upper bin fall down and fill the gap between the blades by their own weight. The materials are discharged at the lower material inlet with the rotation of the rotor. Since the space between rotor blades is uniform, the rotor speed is constant.

Product introduction

This product can be used as a special air lock feeder for vertical mills, and also can be used as an air lock feeder for air swept ball mills.

It is mainly used to discharge the material continuously from the tripper and dust collector,and make sure the inner pressure not exposed to atmosphere pressure environment.

The airlock valve is made of gear motor,sealing element,impellers and rotor housing on which many rotating blades are set.It is capable of discharging powder,small particles,flaky or fiber continuously by the differential pressure of material.

ALRF series rotary air lock feeder is suitable for powdery materials and granular materials. It is widely used in cement, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, lime kiln, mineral processing and other industries.
