Working principle
Feeding: Open the feed valve and exhaust valve, the silo pump feeds at normal pressure, and the material enters the pump body through the feed port until the horizontal level meter sends a full silo indication signal, and then close the feed valve and exhaust valve.
Pressurization: Open the high-pressure air valve to pressurize the tank, let the compressed air enter the pump body, and provide power for material transportation.
Transportation: When the operating pressure is reached, open the conveying air valve and the discharge valve, the material forms a fluidized state under the action of compressed air, and is transported out through the conveying pipeline under the push of the air pressure difference.
