Working principle of Vertical Grinding Mill Coal:
The motor drives the grinding table to rotate via the reducer. Raw material is fed through the inlet and falls onto the center of the grinding table, while hot air enters the mill through the air inlet. Under centrifugal force, the material moves toward the edge of the grinding table. As it passes through the annular groove on the table, it is crushed by the grinding rollers.
The pulverized material is then carried upward by the high-speed airflow at the air ring surrounding the table. Larger particles fall back onto the table for regrinding, while the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic-static separator. Under the action of the rotating rotor, coarse powder returns to the grinding table for further processing, while qualified fine powder exits the mill with the airflow and is collected in the product discharge system as the final product.
Additionally, moisture in the material is evaporated during contact with the hot gases, ensuring the product meets the required moisture content.
