High-Precision CNC Sheet Metal Cutting Machine for Stainless Steel Processing

The beam of GSVM series v grooving machine is fixed, the workpiece is fed by the back feeding mechanism, and the worktable is made of carbon tool steel. The hardness of the worktable is 55-60HRC after high-frequency surface quenching (ordinary worktable<30HRC), which makes the hardness of the worktable much higher than that of stainless steel. It solves the problem of groove marks caused by the low hardness of the worktable of traditional models, ensures the flatness of the worktable ≤ ± 0.03mm, and thoroughly solves the problem of reducing the accuracy of the V-shaped groove due to the deformation of the worktable, The service life of the equipment is extended.

The whole GSVM v grooving machine is designed with a frame structure, and the worktable is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel. The overall rigidity of the machine tool is excellent, solid and durable; The worktable surface adopts an integrated bottom film, which is formed at one time, and the mirror surface materials are processed without leaving marks; The machine tool processing process shall be strictly followed, and electric furnace tempering shall be adopted to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation; Ensure excellent painting effect through sand blasting; The frame is formed by the imported CNC stereo machining center through one-time clamping processing, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of each mounting surface.
