CNC Sheet Metal Cutting Machine With Automatic Loading And Unloading For Door Industry

GSDM horizontal double-drive grooving v machine is a professional v grooving equipment, which is applicable to all metal plates, such as stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, galvanized plates and so on. The v grooving is an auxiliary process of sheet bending forming. At the bending line where the sheet needs to be bent and formed, special cutters are used to cut V-shaped grooves, so that the material is easy to be bent and formed, and the R outside the bending angle can be minimized, and then bent and formed with a bending machine or manually, The processing is completed by this method and meets the product appearance requirements. The depth, width and angle of the V-shaped groove can be ensured by the feed rate and the shape of the cutting tools during machining.

The materials to be processed by GSDM v grooving machine are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, and flexible clamping and unloading devices are used: high-precision guidance system, position measurement system and hydraulic balancing function, to meet the needs of processing board surface free of trauma as far as possible. The hydraulic pressure is adjustable and reliable. The hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator for compensation. The motor works in a clearance manner to save energy and control oil temperature.

The equipment is jointly driven by two servo motors and two sets of gears and racks, with higher torque, faster speed and smoother operation.
Tool holder self-lubricating system
The tool holder of the equipment is equipped with self-lubricating system, which can move up and down at the same time and self-lubricate the tool holder, greatly reducing the internal losses of the tool holder and improving the service life of the tool holder.
