The base (a) and crossbeam (c) of GSHM v grooving machine are designed with frame structure, and the worktable is made of low-alloy high-strength structural steel. The machine tool is rigid and durable as a whole. The machine tool processing process shall be strictly followed, and electric furnace tempering shall be adopted to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation. Ensure excellent painting effect through sand blasting. The frame is formed by the imported CNC stereo machining center through one-time clamping processing, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of each mounting surface.
