1 . Descriptions:
Widely used in industrial production, vibratory bowl feeders are the most common parts transfer system for production lines. Since the mid-20th century, vibratory bowl feeders have been highly regarded for their high efficiency.
The primary function of a vibratory bowl feeder is to use vibration to orient and convey parts on a production line. An electromagnet generates vibration which is then converted to mechanical vibration, moving the parts along a track and facilitating their entry into the production line.
The vibratory bowl feeder has a magnetic coil underneath the plate, which is magnetized by an external power source to produce vibration. The coil is mounted on top of a spring, and the movement of the vibratory bowl feeder is constrained by the spring.

3 . Conveyance of Vials on Vibratory Bowl Feeders :
We were approached by a German company that produces oral liquid. The customer asked us to design a vibratory bowl feeder for him to convey glass bottles of oral liquid.
Since glass bottles are easy to break, in order to minimize the collision between the bottles, engineers set up rubber cushion at the key position of the vibratory bowl feeder. According to the size and weight of the glass bottles, the frequency and amplitude of the vibratory bowl feeder are adjusted to prevent the amplitude from being too large and causing the glass bottles to break.
During subsequent use, it is important to regularly check the components of the vibratory bowl feeder, clean the dust on the disk and track, and keep the equipment clean. Vibratory bowl feeder installed sensors and cameras, allowing staff to timely find the abnormalities of the conveyor process species, in general, after a simple debugging can be restored to normal.
