Automatic Voltage Regulation: The controller eliminates feed speed variation caused by mains voltage fluctuation, ensuring a consistent feeding speed.
Soft Startup: The controller gradually increases the output voltage from 0 to the preset value during startup, preventing sudden shock to the feed material and vibratory feeder.
Over Current Protection: If the output current exceeds its rated value due to mis-operation, the controller will automatically stop its output to protect itself and the vibratory feeder.
Over Heat Protection: The controller is equipped with overheat protection, which stops its output if the internal temperature becomes too high, safeguarding the controller.
Short-Circuit Protection: In the event of a short circuit at the output, the controller's internal fuse will be blown, protecting both the controller and the vibratory feeder from further damage.
Remote ON/OFF Control: The controller provides two groups of ON/OFF control ports that can be connected to switch sensors or PLCs, enabling remote control of the controller's operation.
