1 . Descriptions:
Frequency Adjustment: The controller allows for manual adjustment of the output frequency to match the resonant frequency of the vibratory feeder, ensuring a smooth, quiet, and energy-saving feeding effect.
Automatic High Precision Voltage Regulation: Equipped with an internal digital voltage regulation circuit, the controller eliminates feed speed variation caused by mains voltage fluctuations, ensuring consistent performance.
Time Adjustable Soft Start: The controller gradually increases the output voltage from 0 to the preset value during power-on to prevent sudden shaking. The soft start time can be digitally programmed for customization.
Switch Sensor ON/OFF Control: By connecting a 1 NPN switch sensor or PLC to the controller, convenient on/off control of the feeder can be achieved.
Photoelectric Sensor ON/OFF Control: The controller can be connected to the CUH Intelligent Photoelectric Sensor, enabling easy on/off control of the vibratory feeder.
Remote Speed Control: The controller allows for remote adjustment of the output voltage using an external potentiometer, a PLC, or a 1-5V DC signal, providing flexibility in controlling the feeding speed.
DC Control Output: The controller offers a low voltage DC power output for ON/OFF control of external devices, such as solenoids, expanding its functionality and compatibility.
Keypad Lock: To prevent accidental operation, all buttons on the controller's keypad can be locked. The lock is activated by pressing the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.
Digital Overheat Protection: If the internal temperature of the controller exceeds safe limits, it automatically stops its output to protect itself from damage caused by overheating.
Overcurrent Protection: In case the output current exceeds the rated value, the controller safeguards itself and the load by stopping the output and preventing potential damage.
Restorable Short Circuit Protection: If a short circuit occurs at the output, the controller shuts down its output to protect itself and the load.However, the internal fuse remains intact, allowing the controller to resume operation once the short circuit is resolved.
Max Adjustable Output Voltage: The controller enables the presetting of a maximum adjustable output voltage, protecting the load from potential damage caused by excessive voltage.
