Widely used in industrial production, vibratory bowl feeders are the most common parts transfer system for production lines. Since the mid-20th century, vibratory bowl feeders have been highly regarded for their high efficiency.
The primary function of a vibratory bowl feeder is to use vibration to orient and convey parts on a production line. An electromagnet generates vibration which is then converted to mechanical vibration, moving the parts along a track and facilitating their entry into the production line.
The vibrating bowl feeder has a magnetic coil underneath the plate, which is magnetized by an external power source to produce vibration. The coil is mounted on top of a spring, and the movement of the vibratory bowl feeder is constrained by the spring.

3 . Transfer Washers with A Vibratory Bowl Feeder:
Our company has more than twenty years of experience in making vibratory bowl feeders, and we often have customers customize vibratory bowl feeders for conveying washers.
A vibratory bowl feeder conveyor system uses the vibratory force of a vibratory bowl feeder to convey washers along a track. Before turning on the vibratory bowl feeder, the manufacturer needs to place the washers into the vibratory bowl feeder, either manually or with a bin with a conveyor belt, depending on the design of the production line and the degree of automation.
Once the vibrating bowl feeder is activated by the controller, the bowl generates vibrations that transport the washers to the track. During the transport process, the gaskets are transported to the specified location by means of sensors, guiding plates and other devices on the conveyor system. Upon arrival at the destination, the manufacturer can pick up the gaskets manually or with a robotic arm to assemble the product.
