1 . Descriptions:

Mail the required material: After the engineer confirms that the vibratory bowl feeder can be produced according to the customer's requirements, the customer needs to mail the material in order to design and test the vibratory bowl feeder.
Design and Confirmation: After receiving the material, the engineer will design the drawing of the vibratory bowl feeder according to the characteristics of the material, and can arrange the production after the customer confirms.

3 . Transfer Candies with A Vibratory Bowl Feeder:
Vibratory bowl feeders are often used to convey candy and other snacks. Our company once developed a vibratory bowl feeder for conveying candies for an American customer and got good comments from the customer.
When using a vibratory bowl feeder, the parameters of the vibratory bowl feeder (amplitude, frequency, etc.) need to be adjusted to the appropriate level to avoid excessive vibration resulting in candy collision and wear. In choosing the coating on the surface of the vibratory bowl feeder, we will choose food grade material to avoid chemical contamination of the candy during transportation.
