Introduction

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consist of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. Outer spiral conveys the material move from the two sides to the center and the inner screw conveys the material move from the center to the sides to get a high effective convective mixing.
The Ribbon mixer can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material.

1. There are two heating methods: electric heating and heat conduction oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating rate is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heat conduction oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pot and oil guide power, pipelines, investment is large, but the heating rate is fast, low energy consumption;
2. Cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, with large heat exchange area and fast cooling speed;
3. The motor and the stirring spindle are directly connected by cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with simple structure, high reliability and easy maintenance.

Application

The mixer is suitable for mixing materials with large fiber content and large density difference.
