Specification

Trommel screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet. The trommel screen is installed on the rack obliquely. The motor speed reducer is connected with the trommel screen through a coupling, which drives the trommel screen to rotate around its axis.

When the material enters the trommel screen, due to the tilt and rotation of the trommel screen, the material on the screen surface will turn over and roll, and the qualified material (the product under the screen) will be discharged through the screen of the trommel outer circle, and the unqualified material (the product on the screen) will be discharged through the end of the trommel.

Because of the material in the trommel through the turnover, rolling, so that the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected, to prevent the screen hole blocking.
