Introduction of Bucket Elevator

1. Bucket elevator has characteristics of large transport capacity, high elevation, stable operation and long working life.

2. The machine is applicable for conveying the powder, grain and small block materials, such as coal, cement, block, sand, clay and ore.

3. The bucket elevator is allowed to convey materials with high temperature(250°c) when armed with special chain structure, and the elevating height can reach 40m.

Applicable Fields of Belt Conveyor

The bucket elevator applies to vertically transport powder, granular, and small lumps which is bulk materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore and so on. The maximum height is 40m.

Working Principle

The hopper scoop up the material from the nether storage, raising to the top along with the conveyor belt or chain. After bypassing the top wheel it turns downward, and the bucket elevator dump the material into the tank.
