Working Principle

LSY series flexible screw auger conveyor, which usually consists of interchangeable shaftless screw, flexible conveyor tube, drive motor, hopper, flow-promotion device, sensor and controller, is one of the most reliable and cost effective methods for transferring dry bulk solids from one point to another within a factory. It can satisfy the most diverse and demanding end-use requirements.
Screw conveyor uses revolving screw to move the conveyer material in fixed casing, the bearings of head and tail are moved to shell, hanger bearing adopts sleeve bearing, which have dustproof sealing device, bearing bush usually adopts powder metallurgy,convey concrete adopts felt bushing, hanger shaft and screw shaft are connected by slider.
