1. Product Overview

The ultrasonic sieve vibrator can quickly separate a few oversize or undersized particles from a quantity of materials.

2.Working principle

To screen and clean efficiently, this ultrasonic vibrating screen can convert the electric energy of 220V, 50Hz to the high frequency electric energy of 110V, 60Hz, and import the high frequency electric energy into the ultrasonic converter to convert it to the mechanical vibration of 18 KHz. In this way, the screening of superfine powder can be easier. On the basis of traditional vibrating screen, there is an additional ultrasonic vibrating wave (mechanical wave) of low amplitude and high frequency on the screening net. The wave can improve the screening performance of superfine powder, so this type of screen is especially appropriate for fine powder with high added value.
