Working Principle

High quality fine sieve mesh vibrating screen for industrial flour sifter adopts dual vibrating motors. When the two motors do synchronized and reverse rotation, the generated centrifugal force is offset in the parallel direction of motor axis, and stacked together as a resulting force in the perpendicular direction of the motor axis. Hence, the sieving machine trajectory is a straight line. There is a inclination in the relative sieve surface of two motors, under the resulting force of exciting force and the force of gravity, the material was thrown up on the screen and leaped forward for linear motion so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading of materials. It can be applied to the assembly line to achieve the automatic work, which has the features of low energy consumption, High efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust.

Note:features

1. High sieving efficiency, high utilization ratio of screen, with bouncing balls set under the screen which eliminates mesh blockage, increasing precision of sieving.

2. Rubber springs may be used on customers’ requests, which would considerably reduce running noise, improving labors’ working environment.
