Electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen
Introduction:
High frequency electromagnetic vibrating screen uses the latest digital electronic control and electromagnetic vibration principle. The screen box has no vibration, and only the screen surface has vibration. The amplitude of the screen surface can reach 1-3mm, and the vibration intensity is 3-4 times as strong as that of general screening equipment, so the screen mesh can never be blocked. The screen surface has an excellent self-cleaning ability, high efficiency and a large capacity. The screen mesh is made of composite stainless steel, and the opening rate is as high as 38%. Besides, the screening angle can be adjusted (20 ° -26 °).

Applications:
Series HSGS high frequency electromagnetic vibrating screen is applicable to the screening, grading and dehydration of dry and wet materials in Mineral Speration, Coal Dressing, Brickmaking, Foodstuff, Pharmacy, Chemical,Alkali production, Fertilizer, Papermaking etc.
Working Principle:
It is Applicable to the fine particles sperating of ore grinding and grading production line in concentrating mill, in the condition of suitbal feeding desinty and feeding granularity(-200 mesh), when the difference of demand granularity and feeding granularity is below 30%,then the screening efficiency could be up to 70% above. . Because of it's high screening efficiency, the recycle load and qualified grade levels of the screening materials could be reduced, consequently,the handling capacity of the mill mahcine will be improved by 5%-10%. In the grading and sieving process, the machine can strictly contrlo the granularity size so as to improve the sieving quality. Besides,it also has the funtion of delamination upon the desinty when the ore pulp on effect of small amplitude vibration of the screen surface. The high desinty and small granularity is easy to subside to the screen surface so as to improve the sieving quality.
