I performance ＆ application

Making use of the principle of excitation of dual vibrating motor, this type of vibrating screen can throw the material straightly up into the air and make it move forward, so as to match the screen mesh reasonably. This type fits for the screening of any kind of dry material with the size between 0.074 and 5 mm, and the biggest grain size is 10 mm.

For the screening of dry-type powered material, as well as water-type particular material, which are in industries like abraser, quartzite, garnet, chemical engineering, plastic, medicine, metallurgy, building material, grain, fertilizer and so on.

III installation requirement

1. The bolts of the electric motor must be tightened
2. The frame must be compacted on an equal footing

4. The screen mesh must be nailed down by 19 mm shoe tacks
5. If the screen doesn’t make the material moving, change a motor thread
