K type Reciprocating feeder for mining industry

I. Introduction:

K-type feeder is composed of the rack, floor (to the trough), transmission platform, the number one drain, gate and roller. When the motor is activated by the flexible coupling, reducer and Crank, which will drag bottom floor tilted 5 degrees doing linear reciprocating motion and make materials unload other devices evently.The machine can be equipped with a funnel or without funnel forms according to the customer’s requirement .

II. working principle:

K type coal feeder contain frame, floor (for coal chute), transmission platform, number one, the gate leakage, roller, when the motor start, through the elastic coupling, speed reducer, connecting rod drag 5 degrees tilt plate as a straight line reciprocating movement on the roll, coal evenly discharged to other devices

This machine has two forms with funnel, without funnel.

Coal feeder is equipped with two kinds of structure forms:

1, with regulating gate

2, without regulating gate

The feeding capacity is adjusted by the regulating gate.

III. feature:

Feeder tray mounted on the standard steel channel fabricated frame at an inclination of 5 to10 degrees for better feeding results

Adjustable reciprocating stroke length up to 300 mm. depending upon the size of lumps

Substantial width of tray to accommodate large lumps of material to be fed

Tray and side walls lined with wear resistant plate for longer life

High capacity model designed with twin eccentric disc as well as crank-lever mechanism

IV. Applied field

K-type reciprocating feeder for the coal is used in coal, coal preparation plant, transit stations, coal handling workshop, port of bulk materials pier for the transport of ore and other bulk material with small viscosity. It makes the Uniformity feed of ore, sand, coal, grain and other bulk materials be possible.
