HYL-65 high output durable wheat paddy cassia seed screening sorting machine​ is the new model cereals and beans cleaning sorting machine which combine bucket elevator for auto feeding and the gravity platform, sieving screen, cyclone dust collector for sieving/ cleaning/ sorting/ to remove the impurities and coarse from the grain cereals so that make it clean. It is the blowing type gravity separator, used for separating grain and seed which have same shape but different in gravity, finally obtain the best seed which will be used for sowing,selling or milling. The gravity separator can efficiently remove moldy kernel, immature shriveled, insect damaged seed or broken seed to ensure maximum quality of the final product. It has a wide application for coffee bean, cocoa bean, pistachio nuts, peanuts, corn, peas, beans ,rice, wheat, sesame oats, buckwheat,millet, sesame, sunflower seed, sorghum, lentils, cumin and paddy. The grain seed cleaning rate could be at 99%, it is beneficial and helpful for both selling at market or milling procedure.

Working Principle

  • The vibrating screen is a triple-deck screen , grain on the screen cloths bounces forward.
  • The first layer screen sieves out the big corn cobs, corn cobs with niblet and pebbles and then the grain flows to the second layer screen.
  • The stones and lumps smaller than grains can be sifted out and flow out from the third outlet.
  • The grain on the second layer screen flows into the trash bin , and then the fan blows out the dust and stive in the grain.
  • Finally the net grain flows out from the discharge hole .
  • It can be used for separating and removing the impurities from wheat, rice, corn, soybean and others kinds of grain.
