JB Dust-Free Unloading Station Bulk Material Small Bag Dumping Station With Sieve

Small bag dumping station is a transfer device using negative pressure dust collection, which is suitable for opening bags and feeding transfer materials in the production process. It can store the material first, then transport, effectively improve the throughput. Use with the dust collection system to avoid the traditional feeding dust flying.

The small bag dumping station adopts the dust-filter feeding operation platform to realize no dust spillover during the manual feeding process. The unpacked materials enter the cone inside the feeding platform, and the spillover dust is absorbed by the strong negative pressure air flow during the overflow process, and then blocked by the filter element. The clean gas is discharged through the filter element inside the fan.

1. The system is composed of silo, vibrating screen, filtration system, fan and vibrating motor.

2. The conical part of the silo is fitted with vibrators to facilitate material flow. The screening system can be installed in the silo to prevent the agglomeration material from blocking the discharge port.

3. The vacuum feeder is adopted in the dust-free feeding station, which has a better dust-proof effect.


Main functions

1) In the fan pumping state, the inner chamber of the working bin to obtain a certain negative pressure, the dust generated during feeding into the filter, to avoid leakage to the outside of the box. Thus effectively avoid the operator and material fly dust direct contact, protect the health of the operator.

2) The sieve is placed in the inside of the silo, so that the dust generated when the vibrating screen works is concentrated in the inside of the silo, and the fan suction filter for filtration.

3) The fan base and the upper part of the feeding bin for the flange bolt quick disconnecting connection, in the replacement of the filter element, to remove the fan and fan base, in the replacement of the screen or maintenance repair, it is best to remove the fan and fan base from the upper part of the feeding bin, to reduce the weight of the upper part of the feeding bin, easy to open the gas spring, safe and reliable.

4) The air spring is set on the door of the silo to facilitate the operator to open it. Sealing strips are inlaid around the door to prevent dust from flying out.

5) Centrifugal fan: is the power element of the whole dust removal system, used to form a certain negative pressure, prevent dust leakage, and remove the diffuse dust when screening materials, convenient equipment operation.

6) Vibration motor: it is the power element of the whole blanking screening system, which is used to provide the exciting force of the vibration screen.
