Vacuum elevator, also known as vacuum conveyor, is a kind of dust-free sealed pipeline conveying equipment to transfer particles and powder materials by vacuum suction. The air pressure difference between vacuum and environmental space is used to form gas flow in the pipeline, driving the movement of powder materials, so as to complete the conveying of powder. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramics, feed, pigment, agricultural production and scientific research fields. The use of vacuum feeder can greatly reduce the dust pollution in the workshop, improve cleanliness, significantly improve productivity, and a lot of labor saving, reduce pollution.
Vacuum elevator is divided into two types, electric vacuum elevator and pneumatic vacuum elevator.

Working principle
Vacuum elevator is the use of vacuum pump to produce vacuum, vacuum generated by the negative pressure will be inhaled from the feed port flour. The air is then separated from the material in the filtration bin of the separation vessel. Materials fall automatically due to gravity and are collected in the silo. Our cyclone separator prevents fine powder from entering the filter to improve its efficiency. When the silo is filled with material, the vacuum pump automatically closes and the pressure in the conveying equipment reaches balance. The discharge valve opens, and the material flows out through the discharge port and directly into the storage container. When discharging, the filter element is automatically cleaned by the blowback air bag. If the material is more viscous, we can install special vibrator to assist the feeding. At the end of blanking, the discharge chamber automatically closes and the whole conveying process starts again.
